We want you to be able to create the kind of retreat that works for you – a perfect combination of being active and chilling out. Receive a full consultation ahead of your retreat to ensure you have the perfect daily schedule tailored for your needs.

If you want non-stop activity, you can fill your time here with fitness classes, surfing, tennis coaching, coastal walks, wild swimming, coasteering, bodyboarding, running, and cycling. If you’d prefer a more gentle retreat, we can arrange short rambles, yoga and spa treatments.

To give you an idea of a daily schedule, it could look something like this:

Go for a coastal walk

Take part in a fitness class

We understand the importance of healthy, nutritious food and can arrange meals to be included within your retreat, or provide you with a list of recommend local eateries, such as cafes and restaurants serving fresh and delicious local produce.
