We want you to be able to create the kind of retreat that works for you – a perfect combination of being active and chilling out. You will receive a full consultation ahead of your retreat to ensure you have the perfect daily schedule tailored for your needs.

If you want non-stop activity, you can fill your time here with fitness classes, surfing, tennis coaching, coastal walks, wild swimming, coasteering, bodyboarding, running, and cycling. If you’d prefer a more gentle retreat, we can arrange short rambles, yoga and spa treatments.

To give you an idea of a daily schedule, it could look something like this:

Fuel up for the day with a delicious healthy breakfast

09:00 - 10:45

Go for a coastal walk

11:00 - 13:30

Take part in a fitness class

13:45

Take a break for lunch

15:30 - 16:30

Go surfing or a wild swim in the ocean

Now it's time to chill - read a book, go to the beach, get a spa treatment, the choice is yours...

Reward yourself with a delicious dinner

We understand the importance of healthy, nutritious food and can arrange meals to be included within your retreat, or provide you with a list of recommend local eateries, such as cafes and restaurants serving fresh and delicious local produce.

Please note, we may need to make changes to your retreat schedule, especially for outdoor activities dependent on specific weather conditions.
