Evening Calm Mask
You need:
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey
¼ ripe avocado
2 drops of lavender oil
Simply mix it up and paint it on with a mask brush – it will deliver nourishing, deep hydration thanks to the coconut oil and avocado, antioxidants from the honey will add glow and redness will be soothed from the calming benefits of the lavender.
Queen of Glow
You need:
½ ripe avocado
1 tbsp honey
Handful of oats/oat bran
Mix up all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Apply the paste to your face and leave on for 15 minutes- relax. You may have to fight off the urge to gobble a spoonful but if you succeed, you’ll notice your silky-smooth skin has been nourished by the avocado, soothed from the oats healing properties and retain a moisture barrier that lasts all day thanks to the honey’s natural properties.
