We can customise a retreat for as little as 2 people or up to 20 people. We have a range of options to suit small or larger groups.
During your free consultation you will have the chance to select your activities and we can then put together a tailored list of what you will need to bring to your retreat.
We are experienced in hosting retreats for a variety of groups, whether it's groups of friends wanting an active retreat, hen do’s, families, corporate groups or sports teams, we are more than happy to arrange a retreat schedule to suit you.

The spa treatments are an additional cost. Treatments are a really popular addition to the retreat experience so please book them in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Whilst this isn’t a weight loss/detox retreat, if you have an active weekend with us and eat healthily, you’ll probably notice a difference in your weight.
No, the whole point of Sand Sea Spa retreats is that everything is optional. If you would like a little time out to yourself then that is absolutely fine.
Our surf lessons are available for beginners or more advanced surfers. If you’re just starting out, we’ll teach you the basics. If you’ve surfed before, we’ll give you a more advanced lesson, including technical advice. It’s the same for yoga – our classes are suitable for any level. If you’ve never done it before, we’d love to introduce you to yoga in a safe and supportive environment.
Our classes cover a range of workouts, including HIIT, Abs, Bums, Strength, Boxing and Kettlebells. We’ll speak to you before your retreat so that we can tailor the classes for the group.
Yes. If you’d like to take part in the surf lessons, wet-suit and surfboard hire is included in your retreat cost.
By train: The nearest railway station is Barnstaple, then you can take a taxi from there. If you’re coming from London, there’s a fast train to Tiverton Parkway.
By air: Exeter Airport is 60 miles from North Devon and you can take a taxi from there. You can also fly into Bristol Airport which is 2 hours away by car.

No, there are variety of courts we can book in the local area that we can use in for coaching.
Kate is qualified in rehabilitation and cancer recovery training so our retreats might be suitable for you. It depends on the type of injury or illness you have had as it’s important to rest your body so you can recuperate properly. Please let us know your situation and we can help you to make a decision.
If there is something that you particularly want that isn’t on our list, such as mindfulness classes or a key note speaker, just get in touch and we can make it happen for you.
